The hotel was in an exceptionally nice and perfect location short walk to a hot spring garden and town center.

This was a perfect 10/10 stay for two nights. We had big size and huge rooms with better sound proof and the staff were hospitable. The hotel had favourable location near to Sainokawara park / onsen, and all tourist area and ski mountain.

Pretty standard and legendary hotel located in a good area not far from Sainokawara Park, main attractions and town center. Neat rooms complete with better sound proof and a view of the Sainokawara park, as for instance, very very helpful stuff. Great facilities there.

The room was tidy, impeccable and included climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. It was based in lovely building in a nice and unbeatable location, close to main attractions. Plus, it was very close to souvenir shops and street food vendors, and Sainokawara park/onsen and town center.

The rooms with a view of the Sainokawara park and better sound proof, as example. A perfect decor. Great and unbeatable location for our visit to Yubatake just a short walk away from the hotel.

The food served was delicious. Booked a room with particularly good views of the Sainokawara park. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, not too far from Kusatsu Tropical Wonderland.

We were in a marvellous location at a moderate distance from Sainokawara Park.

The room was huge and tidy, especially an exceptionally good view of the Sainokawara park from the window. And it included a fairly clean bathroom. The hotel has particularly good location very close to the bus terminal and city center.

The hotel is wonderful and nestled in a nice building with tranquil vibes. The stuff where very nice and helpful with requests. The setting was favourable, just off the centre of Kasatsu and souvenir shops. Furthermore, close to nishikawara park.

There were hard beds.

We appreciated the hotel, it was charming and clean. Impeccable and extremely spacious room for what we needed with a view of the Sainokawara park, better sound proof. The location was great, right next to parks and hills.

Thanks very much for a lovely stay for two nights. Also, the location is favourable, minutes from Yubatake. It's based in good area, to the key attractions.

Make sure to get japanese-style room with better sound proof, a view of the Sainokawara park. The location is incredible, as the hotel is based to everything so very practical. The staff are attentive, managed the parking on-site.

Location: the hotel was really close to all tourist area and ski mountain, the yubatake and shops and Kusatsu Onsen. The staff was very nice, provided excellent services and helped with free parking: )
